Thala Box Pty Ltd (trading as Thala Box) may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.
Packaging and Dispatching
We use Australia Post for all Thala Box deliveries. All orders are assigned an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Standard Post Shipping (Australia-Wide):
Flat rate of $25.00
Please note: We use Australia Post for shipping. While we can’t guarantee times and dates, we will do our best to let you know the status of your order and give you a tracking code so you can track it yourself.
Wrong Address
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Thala Box cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced.
When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed back to Thala Box’s head office and we will help you to organise a reshipment.
Authority to Leave
For security and privacy reasons, senders must confirm that it’s safe for Australia Post to leave their parcel unattended. To do this, you can use Authority to Leave, this will instruct Australia Post that your parcel can be left at unattended premises.

Products
Product design, colours, and brands of clothing may vary from images supplied on our website at the discretion of Thala Box. We will make every effort to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with similar products.
