The Refund & Returns Policy lasts 30 days after the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Thala Box is happy to review damaged or faulty items. If it’s determined that the products were damaged or defective, then a refund will be issued.
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them, and notify you via email of the outcome of your refund request.
If you are issued a refund, then your refund will be processed within 14 days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team.
